I think it might be too small for a 4x guy. I got this for my husband who is 2x and it fits him fine but he doesn’t use it very much because the neck strap is uncomfortable. It kind of digs into the neck area. i guess you could wrap some fabric around it or wear a turtle neck but I’m already searching for another option to replace this apron.
