Wonderful vendor, great product!
This vendor is fantastic! To find a size of a knee sleeve for the first time is difficult. This vendor helped with the information on their site and the information included with the sleeve. I had to return a couple but ended up with a product that helps with the stability of my knee and therefore helps with the pain. The sleeves are very well made and stay put. I also like the pink color, it can be worn under light colored pants and does not show! I will definitely order from this vendor again.

Great Elastic! Beware of Sizing Chart
First off, I was hoping to use these as a basic cushion for my knees as I work in retail and sometimes have to be on my knees to work (stocking shelves). They were okay in that aspect, but I think I am going to search for something with a thicker cushion to it.Loved how they didn't get stuck to my pants when pulling them up or down. Really nice fabric.I followed the sizing directions and measured my thigh area to 20" (5" up from the knee). I got the XL size and found it to be a little tight.I was debating whether or not to get the XL or XXL when I first bought these. I was worried about them slipping down my knee and figured tighter was better than looser (I also assumed they would be poor quality and figured a tighter elastic would be better). The elastic at the top does not slip down in any way. However, they were a just a little too tight around my leg and after a while of trying to ignore the squeezing pain (about several hours of use); I decided it's best to return these.Since I don't have arthritis or any kind of medical pain, I can't give an opinion in that aspect. If other people say it works, then I would totally recommend them 100%. I would just be cautious of how tight you'd like the elastic to be. (And if you're on the changing numbers, say 21"; get the larger size. If you find them too loose for some reason, you can always hitch them up a little higher -they will not fall down).

Sizes run small and will be uncomfortable for anyone experiencing inflammation around the knee.
Sizes do run small in the XL and up department. It doesn't give the room needed to put a claim on being made for the 2xl, 3, 4, 5, or 6xl family. Further explanation; the rubberized band, that grips the upper leg, doesn't expand and give enough to be worn comfortably before it starts to roll down. Which at that point, unfortunately, doesn't serve to support or keep the knee stable at all. It works as long as the leg/knee isn't swollen or has excess fat on it. If so, you will have the roll-down problem and off and on support. For some reference, I wear size 22 in women's pants however, the 5 and 6xl were too small for my leg.

comfy, firm, helpful.
I am on my feet all day, usually running around like a chicken with no head. I have had extremely sore, cracking/popping/hyper-mobile knees for as long as I can remember. These help keep my knees stable and in place, without totally cutting off my circulation or causing additional discomfort. Highly recommend!

Absolutely NOT sized correctly, very thick
After reading reviews about how small these run, I ordered TWO SIZES BIGGER than I thought I'd need, based on generous measurements and their sizing chart. What arrived is more the size of an arm brace. I don't have huge hands and you can see the sleeve is not much bigger than a hands-breadth. There's no way to get this thing up over my bad knee. It's also MUCH thicker than described, even more than the one the hospital provided. This kind of thing is what puts people off online buying - the company *knows* sizing is a problem and their chart isn't accurate and they continue to sell to chumps like me, just looking for a little pain relief to get through the day. - 0/10, can't recommend.

So much for not rolling.
I loved this knee brace for the first week. It worked great. It stayed up. It was just the right amount of support. But then it started to roll. I hate when they start to roll. At first, they would last a few hours then start to roll slowly down. By the end of week 2, both braces had started rolling down within an hour, under my clothes, and bunching up so it annoyed the back of my knees. I would have to find a restroom wherever I was to take them off because it hurt trying to walk with a rolled brace pinching me. I stopped using them mid week 3. They would only stay up for a few minutes before starting to roll at that point. I’d literally put them on, put pants on over them, and just have time to make it to the bottom of my stairs before they rolled down. Very frustrating.

Size up up up
I measured my leg and according to the chart I needed an 2XL so I ordered a 3XL, since others said to size up. I received the knee compression sleeve and placed it on my leg. It’s very comfortable and helps a lot, makes my knee/leg feel much better and it does not slide down my leg. I need a knee replacement surgery. I was taking it off and I noticed the tag inside and it showed 5XL. The box shows size 3XL. I plan on purchasing another one because it is helping. Instead of ordering a 3XL I am ordering a 5XL which is 3 sizes larger than what the measurements say. So SIZE UP UP UP!!!

Good Quality
Good quality: Good Value: When I order a knee support I always order XXL but they are always tight and end up rolling down so this time as there was more choice of sizes I ordered the 4XL which was far to big so the sizing appears to be as stated: There is a little booklet that comes with it containing information and exercises to help support your your knees

Really Works
I have chubby legs and this really works nice and snug without cutting off circulation, really supports the weak muscle and tendons in my arthritic knee. Only downside is it takes ages to dry, it won't be a problem in summer but right now here in Western Australia I have to wash it in morning and hope it is dry by sundown as do not use artificial dryers and it would probably ruin it anyway .So going to get another one so I have a spare, well worth the money
