The Animal Boogie (Barefoot Singalongs)

I was very excited to receive my order. I had a friend who had this Book/CD and the song has a catchy fun tune and the pictures in the book are nice and vivid. We are learning about animal sounds so there is also an educational aspect to it! My two year olds loved lost to it and looking at all the different animals and other objects on the pages. I’m looking forward to buying the other book/cd combo sets.

I love the Barefoot Book line of books. I have not found a singalong book that my children have not liked, but this one is a favorite. The included CD can also be played on a computer and there is an animated version of the song (if you want a preview- look it up on YouTube). If you want a gateway book into Barefoot Books- try this one, especially if your child likes animals. We All Go Traveling By is a good one if your child likes cars/vehicles I have found that my children (6 and 3) argue and fight less in the car when we listen to books/ sing along books. Save your sanity and buy/borrow from the library this and other wonderful audio books

This wonderful childrens' story has EVERYTHING a child could want--bright colors, jungle animals, diverse children, and MUSIC, to be sung by the parent or grandparent. Before he could form words, my grandson would beg for another repetition of "oogle boogle," until finally he wore out his copy and we had to provide a replacement. I keep a half dozen copies on hand for baby gifts.

As a music teacher I have used this book for years. Children as young as 1 1/2 up to 7 have always loved it. I recently purchased it for a friend's one year old daughter thinking she will grow into it. But that was not the case. She immediately loved it! She is always turning on the CD and asking for the story every night before bed. The repetition, anticipation and tune always seem to captivate children. Then of course there are motions that most children will immediately pick up. If you like to have fun, smile, shake and dance this is a wonderful book.

My daughter couldn't afford to buy my grand kids books and they love reading. I am not able to do a lot of "extra spending" either but want the children to love books like I do and have the opportunity to have some. I was so glad to find these and at such a wonderful price. I was able to get the kids each several books of their own and they were so glad to get them to! Go Nanny!!! I will be buying some more for them too!!

We've watched this on you tube and my friends' little guy absolutely loves it. It's been read so many times that it's needed multiple repairs:)

After watching "Animal Boogie by Barefoot Books" on YouTube, I've decided to purchase this book for my 2 year old. She loves following along, singing and looking at the pages of the book at the same time. Highly recommended, it is a FUN book/song!

Favourite book in my centre. Bought this and a few other Barefoot Books for my classroom of toddlers. All of the other teachers have borrowed it for all ages. It's got such a fun, upbeat toon the kids enjoy memorizing it and singing along.

Amazing condition it's a birthday gift so really pleased with it. The pictures are really bright and incldes a singalong CD.
