Kamut is one of the few pastors that holds up to be reheated a day or two later.
In Last couple of years I have gone Whole Foods plant based with my diet. As a result I am always trying different whole-grain pastas. Kamut holds up to reheating unlike most other whole-grain pastas.

This is one of the best spaguetti/pasta (also the spirals) I ever had. Kamut is super tasty, very good, and it's also a very very complete source of protein, I think one of the highest you can find in carbs (like 11 gr per cup), ideal for heavy training. it's 100% organic, quite expensive, but I'd say it's worth every cent!

Open box inside package
I love the product. But my box was open inside the Packaging and all of my pasta was inside the packaging and spilled on the floor when I opened it .

The brand is good, this seller is terrible!
I've ordered this several times as my son has extreme food allergies and kamut is his only safe grain. The first couple of orders were great and he loves them. But the last two orders, the price keeps going up while the standards and shipping process has gone way down. The product is stale and broken up and my son will not eat it. Today's order arrived with the box completely open with broken noodles in the beat up envelope. Its completely inedible for my highly allergic child AND they don't accept returns!!!
