Follow the guidelines for increasing your listening time gradually, and you will really begin to notice changes in your thinking. I used the first CD every day for a month last fall, and six months later I am experiencing real breakthroughs in creativity and a more positive outlook than I have had in a long time.

I am loathed to complain about this product but it the way they conduct their business goes against my values.They have a great product, one that I felt I benefit from greatly. I just don't see how they can justify an extra £200 for each extra level. All they do is change the carrier frequency slightly and send you some more cd's and a you pay more money.Surely if it was cheaper many more people would use it.I have had emails back and fourth with them and just don't like the marketing style. It is cheaper than a cup of coffee per day.I feel the design of the levels is to maximise the sales ability of the product. Saying that, at least they have a good product.On the recommendation of one of the other reviewers here I bought the Neuro Programmer, which seems much better value.

I've been using the holosync cd's for 16 days now and am really enjoying them. I'm not good at meditating, because I have trouble quieting my mind. With holosync technology, you don't have to -- it works anyway. These cd's are inspiring me to take the time for meditation, because they're relaxing and beneficial to my often stressed mind.

I've used Holosync for perhaps 8 years now. Not on a daily basis, but as a meditation aid when in the mood. This meditation process, not doubt like numerous others, is a TOOL in the long quest for meaning and spiritual connection. Using Holosync or others, isn't going to "make" you into something, it is just part of an overall process.Kellogg's Special K Cereal claims something to the effect that 9 our of 10 people who eat Special K lose weight. Well, granted Special K is lower in calories than Coco Puffs, but of course the weight loss is because the kind of people that are going to switch to Special K are on a mission to lose weight and have probably overhauled their entire diet, along with visiting the gym three times a week;) By the same token, listening to meditation CDs is just one helpful aspect in the journey - and not the be all end all.So, by all means try this program out, it's well designed and very peaceful to use. Does it do all they claim? Who knows, but do know that I feel much more relaxed when I listen. Relaxed because I'm doing something to improve my life or relaxed because it works? Again, who knows, and I don't care!They DO provide trained customer support that I have contacted numerous times about aspects of the program. Very helpful and eager to communicate. PLUS, they do provide the ability (included in cost) for you to send them an audio soundtrack, in your own voice, that is recorded as a subliminal message on the CD's. Am a believer in subliminal messaging, so I value this feature, which most copycat programs don't provide.BTW, did listen to the entire Monroe Institute's Hemisync program. WAY too goofy for me, transporting and the like. More gimmic than value.So, it you want to try something like this, Holosync does a very good job with it, and has been around for awhile. There are many copy cats, since its easy to burn CDs and tout them on the internet. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is somewhat expensive and am not all that impressed with the marketing Bill Harris produces by the truck load. But hey, nobody is making you buy anything;)

The product sold here is the beginning of a minimally ten year long meditation program. I started it in 2001 and “finished” the program in 2012, and it pays deep dividends to this day. Here are some things to know when comparing this to alternatives:-you can use the program up to any point, and when you stop you don’t lose any changes, at least not quickly. The brain and nervous system changes are more like learning than exercise.-Other systems focus more on quick state changes, this one is about the long term changes measured in monastic monks of Zen and Tibetan monasteries.-all levels (12 I think) past this intro sold here are expensive compared to other systems. I prepaid for the whole thing in 2001 and it was around $3,000, but would have cost twice that at the time to pay for set by set.-it requires an hour a day, and on a smartphone be sure to keep it in a .wav or other lossless file. mP3 or any other compression may remove the sounds that make it work.-the secret sauce that causes long termChanges is progressively deeper delta waves, so you need decent headphones after a couple levels in, preferably from the start. Any of the Sony MDRs over $50.00 will work.-C.R.I., the seller of these discs, will make a lot of money selling your name to every selfHelp, Education, and new age product company in the world, so be prepared for a lot of “correspondence” in your physical and digital mailboxes.-I met a lot of people who used the program to various stages of completion, and for most of us the first sign we had in the real world that it is working, was a complete loss of road rage. Even road impatience went away... and that calmness under pressure spread to our close relationships pretty soon after.-the best objective evidence I have that it works is that at age 40 I have an HRV score significantly higher than average for my age, and even higher than 99% of 18 year olds.If you aren’t familiar with Heart Rate Variability, check YouTube for its connection to meditation and the nervous system.It turned me into such a calm, reasonablePerson that even my ex-wife still respects me ;-)All that said, you can probably buy this set used for under $50.00 if you look around, and wait to pay full price for the later (and customized) levels direct from CRI.
