Great educational book.

I bought this book as part of my work as an educational consultant. Achieving meaningful change in education is difficult at best. This book is helpful but I cannot say that it resulted in any significant change in my efforts. The information is good, just don't expect miracles to happen from reading and trying to implement it.

A systematic approach that should be followed!

Well done . Good use of superior schools inside and outside the USA. Data supported views and suggestions given. Planning tools helpful in many settings and stages. Text assisted me in equipping me as educational leader in face of change .
