Pasta Sauces (Williams-Sonoma Kitchen Library)

If you have only one pasta cookbook, this should be the one! Few ingredients, quick to make, outstanding flavor! I garden and there is usually a recipe in this cook book for one off-beat veggie or another. I'm even raising fennel now so I have some handy to make shrimp and fennel!

Great recipes and my favorite is the cauliflower one!

So far the sauces I have tried have not been that good. I ended up tossing the onion sauce I made.
