Brer Rabbit and the Tar Baby

Sent this to a friend in the process of 'separating' from a partner. The best advice anyone ever gave me while I was divorcing, and thinking about returning to court for a violation of the agreement: Remember the tarbaby. Once you hit that sucker, you're stuck. I'd recommend the book for anyone trying to end a relationship and thinking they can see that person, talk to them, or argue with them 'one last time.'

This book is a revamp of a very old story that I enjoyed as a child. This is a fun story for children and the illustrations are wonderful!

I like how the book is written. It might be short, but it has a great story. I suggest it.

Love the books of Song of The south. What a shame they are not recognized anymore because of race. It was a part of the South, like it or not. Hope to find more on Uncle Remus

A bit short but the artwork is lovely. Would make a good bedtime story for children. As an adult I enjoyed it.
