Portable steam iron
A little disappointed in this product. Doesn't produce much steam, but does heat quickly and gets pretty hot. Will work in a pinch and on vacation is what I bought it for.

A steam-less steamer
At the time I bought this steamer (a while back), there was only one review up and it was a good one. I didn't get the chance to use it right away. I finally used it and found it to be totally ineffective. No steam comes out at all. I wish I had seen the many reviews that are up now. Never would've purchased it.

It doesn't look like a new one
It shipped over very fast. That's a plus. But the condition of the product doesn't look new.There are scratches,colors faded, and the plastic brush part doesn't click back on to the iron.

fizzled and burned 1st use
Do not buy this steamer. It never fully heated on 1st use and light flickered once and went out. Ended with a loud pop and smoke and died in less than 10 min.

Not what I expected
I wanted a steamer only. This was a steamer /iron combo. I wanted it for a cruise. Irons are not allowed on cruise ships. I sent it back

Liked it while it lasted
I liked this portable steamer. It worked for me; the only problem was that it didn't last long. I'm thinking of getting one again but having second thoughts because of it.

No steam at all
I just returned this item back to Amazon. The unit I received heats up but no steam comes out even after several minutes being plugged in. And, yes, I did pour water in the unit and the selector set to MAX. I also discovered that the voltage select is set to 240 and not to 110. Switching it to 110 did not make any difference in trying to make steam. I bought this primarily as a steamer and not an iron. I also found the construction is very flimsy. Too bad. Other reviews seem to be good. Since this is sold through another vendor, the only option is to return the item and not exchange.

Complete Junk!
Iron heats up but produces no steam whatsoever, pumping the lever that is supposed to give a "burst of steam" results in no actual steam and instead just sprays some luke-warm water all over the garmet I was trying to steam. This product is a completely useless waste.

i hate it
picture of the product may have misled me to purchase,may be good for handkerchief only,useless for anything bigger than it. water dripping no matter however you adjust or handle,though meant for travelling ,it is a waste
