I have been using this product for many years now, and I recommend it to everyone with a JFJ machine. I buy the gallon sizes, and when adding 5-6 drops on opposite sides of the pad, it will last for thousands and thousands of repairs. Amazing product, with a superior result -- buy with confidence!

Product arrived separated, wouldn't mix, very unhappy.
It seems JFJ's quality control must be in question. we have used their products before. At first they seemed great but over time the quality just seemed to disappear, the pads were getting chewed up at an incredible rate. This last gallon we ordered is the stick that broke the camels back. Product arrived completely separated, and even after 30 minutes of violent shaking it still wasn't mixed together properly, what would normally take one minute to repair is now taking three minutes, and leaves some kind of weird oily residue that almost results in new scratches from trying to remove the residue.
