It said somewhere it was a set and I bought 3 of what I thought were sets. It was only 3 pcs not 3 sets. Condition was fair for no packing between chargers.

These are lovely and durable. As for the negative review, only because it doesn't give a quantity, I did note that it said "Charger," not "ChargerS." So, clearly it's singular, and you will get only one.
