Will this item hold 45 colt & 410?

Yes, I use these to hold 45 colt and .410 for my S&W Governor. Works like a charm.

If you are carrying these in your pocket or bag how easily do they fall out of the strip?

Never an Issue with me I carry them in my pockets w/o issue. I have them in several Calibers and Think They Are much easier to carry and use then the Round style speed loaders.

Will these work for 45-70?

No. The 45-70 case rim is a good deal larger and thicker than the rim on the 44 mag or 45 Colt.
