Will this phone work in Egypt?

You will need to ask your service provider or buy an egyptian sim card.

I have a phone that has lte 1g 2g 3g but not 4g 5g will this work as not had my other phone long don't want to buy another one in a few months time.

I have the normal 128gb note 9, it does 4g, not 5g. I have had my note 9 for 8 months and it does everything I need, I will not be upgrading my phone for quite some time.

I was planning to buy my aunt a gift who lives in Turkey, would this work in another country permanently?

You need to declare the phone and pay the registration fee in the customs. If you don't do that, the phone will work for some time but then it will be locked by the Turkish GSM. If you are asking about a UK phone to work in Turkey. That is yes for sure. Because both me and my wife, we are still using our Turkey bought phones here in the UK. The reverse should be the same.

Does this uk version have the Snapdragon
