I really like the topic organization of the book, the explanation and scenario of cases.

I received this book and it was trashed. Pages falling out, marked and torn all over.

Book is in good condition using for my online classes.

I am a senior citizen using this book for a class. It is supposed to be a new book but it can with pages 255 through 305 all folded back. Someone was careless in packing it. I am very very very unhappy that my book looks used before I even use it. I am too old to go through all the work of returning this.....I usually don’t return items. So this is upsetting and I hope that you can make it right. Thank you. Marilyn
