Wild Life, the debut album from Wings was originally released December 1971 and is the eleventh release in the Paul McCartney Archive Collection, personally supervised by Paul McCartney. Written by Paul and Linda McCartney (with the exception of a cover of Mickey & Sylvia's Love Is Strange ), Wild Life is beloved by fans for its raw and direct vibe - having been recorded in just over a week with the majority of tracks laid down in a single take. The 2LP features the original album remastered at Abbey Road Studios on LP 1 and bonus audio of singles, B-sides and previously unreleased tracks on LP 2. This edition is pressed onto 180gram vinyl x2 and comes housed in a retro style tip on gatefold with a 12-page 10 booklet plus a 320kbps MP3 download redemption card.

Solo ahead of its time.I think the song some people never know.Speaks for why this LP never made it like ram.Nearly 50 years later you realise it was roots for dark side of the moon.Macca never lost it.Bonus record is the one too.Vinyl stereo sound is the first LP Paul recorded after this.In my opinion stereo is best if you have sensitive hearing.Go on buy ram pt2.Reminds me a bit of elephants by white stripes.

Really enjoyable double album
Love this - amazed that it is at the bottom of lot of best of mccartney lists! Natural and fun with a few beautiful songs.

Great record and near-perfect product... Bar a few imperfections
Must-have for all McCartney and Wings fans, being the band's debut. The set itself is what let's the product down as the vinyls are near impossible to remove or put back in without the risk of damage to the box. Shame as it's such a beautiful item (besides the 'ARCHIVE COLLECTION' banner on the spine). However, fantastic album and I love the second LP with the extra tracks

Great album
I love this album and the bonus tracks are definitely worth it, many even better than the tracks on the album itself. However the vinyl suffers from being “too high quality” in that the card is so thick that the records don’t fit back inside once you’ve removed them without great difficulty and damaging the sleeves themselves.

Bonita edicion en vinil
Este lp lo compre solo por el hermoso tratamiento que le dieron , porque a decir verdad es el primer album de wings y no me gusta tanto , pero para acompletar la discografia de paul tiene que estar presente , esta edicion pertenece a los archive collection y espero algun dia McCartney se anime a publicar London town y back to the egg.
