Autonomous SmartDesk - Height-Adjustable Standing Desk - Single Motor - DIY White Frame (Table top not included)

I ordered this particular unit based solely on price, it was the lowest cost of all the Autonomous DIY table lifts. I already had a table I had converted into a desk so I did not need the entire desk, just the lift.This item arrived and had everything needed to assemble this desk unit, except a simple screwdriver, no worries I have many. I used my electric DeWalt screwdriver.This goes best with lots of space, which I had. I took all the parts out of the box, they all appeared present. I then read the instructions, crude but they get the job done. The telescoping shaft extension is probably the most important part of this assembly, and it was fairly simple.This also came with the controller, hard to move otherwise right? I had concern since it was not mentioned in the listing, but it came with one.Here are some pics, I will let you know how it goes but for now, it works awesome!Box delivered was manageable but it was 63 pounds.

I have been using mine for a week. This has been a great change. I had built myself pieces to my cubicle which allowed me to move my monitors and keyboard. This worked but was inconvenient. I would practically have to commit to a whole day of standing. This allows me to stand up and sit down when ever I like.Assembly was easy. The base is nice and sturdy. I ended up putting the corner piece of my cubicle on this frame it was not a 100% balanced without screws. Once it was screwed in it was firm, works great. Well balanced after all. Great improvement to my work day.With all the options out there for this kind of desk frame and the saving on this one I was a bit worried about the quality before I bought it. Now I couldn’t be happier.
