Light and dies the job. However it’s a little loose and not snug enough before clamping the seat post. It tend to slide around a lot when making seat adjustments. Overall it’s okay

Not the cheapest or the lightest (even with all the cutouts), but a good value and a definite improvement over OEM clamp. Basically it’s light enough and inexpensive enough to work for me and my budget. One unit comes packaged in a snap lock plastic pouch with brand identification stapled over the opening of the pouch. The pouch is nice for storing the clamp that’s being switched out. The unit itself is a little chunky looking when compared to the uber light qr clamps out there but not so bulky that it overwhelms the overall appearance of a kid’s bike (12” frame, 20” wheels). It is easy to install and the closing mechanism works smoothly. The wheel that keeps the qr handle in place is narrow so I wouldn’t recommend it for any abusive riding but I’m confident it’ll serve my needs just fine for bikes to come.
