I mean there are no leakages even after using it the whole night also. The absorption ratio is quite good. there is no problem with that. But sometimes there are leakages if there is a heavy urination at night by the baby. The baby is able to sleep comfortably with this one on. Only problem is if you use it continuosly then your baby skin might suffer from Rashes. So that is the only con about this product. So to get rid of it, use it by giving some interval between the usage of diapers. I mean after using it at night, then give a break for 2 hours and then only use the next diaper. Otherwise there is no good air flow and rashes start to develop. Otherwise it's a great product. And the price is also quite high. But now it seems the price has increased. Go for pampers ..if u do not like them. I change them often with a good diaper cream , never saw any rash on my baby. RATE It HIGHer thAN mamy poko, since elastics hurt baby skin.
