These earphones sit in the plastic box where they get charged by the case because this case is actually a power bank. This is really a smart design because. This power bank can be charged with supplied micro USB cable or any other micro USB cable. I always charge my earphones fully before my first use and this was no exception.Connection with the phone is easy as it can get. The earphones go into pairing mode as soon as I take it out of the case. And the rest of the process is simple. Both earpieces can pair with each other automatically. If someone wants to use one earpiece then that's also possible. All you have to do is take out one earphone from the case and pair with the phone. I don't even need to turn them off because they turn off automatically as soon as I put them back in the case.Earpieces fit in the ear and stays in ear perfectly thanks to clever design. Different sized and shaped extra earbuds are supplied in the box for different people. Battery life is brilliant. I use only one earpiece at a time while driving. So I get double battery life. Call quality and sound quality is brilliant. I am not a music junkie but I do watch movies and football on my phone and use this and I have no complaints.I would say this is one step forward towards the future and everyone should have one of these. Wired ones are too messy and too much hassle. These are straightforward and easy to handle. Well worth the money.

I've always fancied a set of true wireless earbuds, I'm not a fan of wires, even just connecting the 2 earpieces. So after a bit of research I decided to try these ones as they were in my price range and seemed to get a good rating for comfort and a reasonable rating for sound quality. They have not disappointed on the comfort and as others have commented their slightly weird shape actually works really well. With the largest ear inserts they are both comfortable and secure. But the biggest surprise was the sound quality. Clear, loud and with good bass response. I've tried a couple of Android equaliser apps but ended up uninstalling them as the standard Android 9 output response is better. Some reviewers have mentioned a lacklustre bass response but I haven't found that. The only thing is maybe these reviewers didn't have the right inserts on. From experience I know you need to have a snug, deep fit on any in-ear 'phones to get proper bass response.They worked straight out the box, pairing was simple and straightforward with no signal loss.So all in all a great buy if you are after this style of Bluetooth earphones at a reasonable price.

This is my first time purchasing wireless earphones and I must say they have definitely exceeded my expectations.Before I had problems with my earphones as the wires would get entangled however these wireless earphones have helped me a lot.They perfectly in my ears and the noise cancellation is exceptional. Would definitely recommend these to everyone.

nice easy to use earbuds battery lasts for 3 hours you then put them back in the case which recharges them you can do this 4 times then you put them back in the case and recharge the case as you can only recharge the ear buds from the case. I am very pleased with them.B DAVIS

Purchased these based on the good reviews BW-FYE1Unfortunately the earbuds would not fit my ears, tried all the available size ear tipsI could put them in my ears and just stand still and they would just fall out.If I pushed them on to my ears the sound / bass quality was very goodbut because they did not fit properly the bass response was poor when I let go of them. I have returned them and replaced them with the Blitzwolf BW-FYE4 which fit perfectly and have the same sound / bass quality.

Received this product 2 days ago and so far I am pleased with the product. I use it when i’m cycling as it is wireless and lightweight. No need to worry about trying to untangle my precious earphones makes it much more easier especially when you are on the go.

Listening to music but it wasn’t as good as I expected it to be. Somehow it did not seem to be rich enough, lacking in bass. However they were easy to use comfortable to wear and a very good price. If you want it only for music, I can’t recommend it but otherwise it’s an excellent purchase.

Easy to pair and good battery life. Inbuilt microphone for phone calls and siri.The case is used for charging and also works as a battery pack, which is really handy.You can skip songs using the buttons on the headphone too.Really happy with the product
