I just received it, and have not yet used it, but can see how functional it is. It is affordable and easy to clean and store. I would have to own it longer to see if it it is truly rustprroof in teg dish washer. But it looks good and two to a package is a good deal

I've had the spiral wire type but it can't compare to this cup shape with the slots. There is a learning process to get the egg white lined up with the slots but you'll be an expert in no time at all. Get two, or better yet, get four because they all seem to migrate to the back of the silverware drawer.

Very good product just what I expected

I cannot tell you how much I love this. It is extremely easy to use. You can lay it across a small bowl while you crack an egg over it. I can separate eggs without it but I separated 6 eggs for a cake recipe in no time flat & cleanly with this awesome device. Now I don’t dread making recipes that need egg whites. Love it.

These work like a charm. So much easier than using the egg shell to try to separate the eggs! These are great quality and you won't be disappointed in your purchase!

I really like that this is stainless steel instead of the plastic I've been using for years. It fits nicely in the silverware rack in my dishwasher. I was taught to separate eggs by hand as a young girl. I much prefer the egg separator and keep the egg mess off my hands. I also don't have to fish egg shells out of my bowl anymore. I like the longer handle on this as opposed to the plastic one I used to use. It fits across a wider variety of jars. I make my own mayo, so this gets a lot of use.

Garbage. It's faster and more convenient to separate the yolk with the egg shell once you crack it. Takes forever sitting there jiggling the egg trying to get the yolk to come out of the tiny holes. I'll be returning.

It was very sturdy and my yolk did not break when I swished the egg around so the whites could fall through the holes. However, the egg whites hung in long streams from the underside and required a hand or utensil to get it to drop. Plus still a small amount of egg white that clung to the yolk, so I had to do more to get it off than just plop it in the separator. Didn’t really meet my need like I thought it would.

A bit flimsy looking but works.
