I wanted to chop up my salads much like at Subway. This proved to be the perfect tool for the job, it works great for chopping and it's very ergonomic so it's easy to grip from multiple angles. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.

gets the job done. takes up some space but worth the ease for cutting herbs. Good durable and solid construction.

I wanted to make homemade pesto, and this was so much easier than rocking a chefs knife back and forth. It didn't take much pressure to cut the basil. I am going to sharpen the blade more. I like the blade cover, it makes for safe storage.

I have two myself. Gave one to my brother for his Birthday. Dotto for a daughter in-law birthday. plan to give three for Xmas presents.
