Tea leaves are dark brown/black. Taste horribly bitter,
I bought this product before it was excellent, this time absolutely horrible! Don't take the chance. loaded with sticks as well.

This Ceylon green tea is very high quality. Given that almost everyone drinks green tea for health, the bitterness of this tea should probably be viewed as a good thing because this is very likely (though not guaranteed) to indicate greater health benefits than weaker, less bitter green tea. However, the price is a little too high even though it is not any more expensive than most products of similar quality.
