Worth the $, great DVD set to add to your WWF/WWE collection!
Just got this DVD set in the mail yesterday. I have already watched almost all of it. This is a great DVD set, which has a bunch of matches with many classic & legendary wrestlers from the WWF era.Quiet a few classic matches too. Matches like a I quit match between Ric Flair & Mr.Perfect, a lumberjack match between Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Shawn Micheals,ect.... The cover art is awesome in my opinion. And I like that they didn't blur or change the WWF logo at all. However, they do blur out a kid giving Lex Luger the finger literally right in his face, ha ha ha. You'll see wrestling from: Macho Man Randy Savage,Razor Ramon,Ric Flair,Bam Bam Bigelow,Mr.Perfect,Kamala,Doink The Clown,Shawn Micheals,Brett Hitman Hart,Krush,Yokozuna,1-2-3 Kid,Undertaker,Damien Dimento,IRS,The Million Dollar Man,Brutus The Barber Beefcake,Rick The Model Martel, and others!!! This is a great DVD & in my opinion a must have for all wrestling fans (especially of the WWF era)! My 9yr old son has loved this DVD set too!

A Golden Era of Wrestling
For me, mid-1992 through late-1994 was a golden era of wrestling. Pro-wrestling has no "flare" to it, anymore. While gimmick wrestling has gone all but extinct, it definitely was part of what made the WWF interesting and exciting. Modern wrestling, while the technique has improved, doesn't stack up against the classic years; too many wrestlers using just throwaway generic names and dressing like regular people. It's just too bland now. Anyway, my point is that this DVD collection certainly brings back a lot of great memories. I recommend it for any fan of this period of WWF. The only downside for this collection was that I realized how much less "grand" the arenas and venues were than I had remembered from my childhood. Now, if only we could get quality discs from the attitude era; instead of edited versions.

1993-1994 was the best part.
I wish 1995 and 1996 would have been on it too.

Classic RAW finally arrives on DVD with this four disc set!!!
I Just got this DVD set today and am very much looking forward to watching it! Takes me back to my days in college with some of these great matches... (Some of which I remember seeing live when the episode aired on USA!) You get superstars that haven't been seen in WWE for a long time. For example... Razor Ramon, Bret Hart, Jeff Jarrett, Randy Savage, Crush, and many others... This one ranks high on my list. Be sure to check it out!

Great! Too much Doink the Clown but it was ...
Great ! Great match between Mr. Perfect and «Nature Boy» Ric Flair ! An interesting look at the last wrestling ride of « Macho Man» Randy Savage ... Many moments including Shawn Michaels. I miss those days when wrestling was still good ... Too much Doink the Clown but it was that way in this period.

Must have set
A great set from the WWE and I hope they will continue with the season 3 and 4 soon. Those four discs show us the most important part from 1993 and 1994 for Monday Night RAW and it was great to see heel Doink, the Quebecers, Rick Martel, Owen Hart, Bret Hart, 1-2-3 Kid, Jeff Jarrett, Shawn Michaels and many more from those years once again.I loved the little information between each matches/segments, the fact that this logo can be show without censoring (but WWF is... but not the whole name World Wrestling Federation). They show most of the entrace and we have full matches, as they were broadcast. The only little thing that I may have change, is a little less King Courts (they are five in total, just 2 or 3 will have been okay and they could have show us something else instead).Still, this set is GREAT and I can't wait for the 1995-1996 boxset (hope it will happen)

The best wrestling DVD after the Saturday Night's Main Event compilation
The Good:- Classic WWF wrestling! Nothing beats that!- We get to remember how RAW changed the wrestling industry by often being live with new cutting-edge storylines at the time.- A LOT of good matches that are given time to elaborate (unlike matches today).- Cool facts before each segment, which gives us a little more information on one of the wrestlers in the match or the storyline (ex: Macho Man was part of the St. Louis Cardinals as a catcher before becoming a wrestler). The Bad:- Too many Doink the clown matches (approx. 10 matches of Matt Osbourne is way too much, he had great charisma that made the character work, but his in-ring skills are far from being great)- 4 King's Court segments in a row on disc 3 (are you kidding me? How much of Jerry Lawler do we need?)- No Steiner Brothers match! But we get a segment where the Quebecers accept to have a one on one match against one of the Steiners the following week for the opportunity to get a title shot. Why put this segment here if we don't see the match? Pointless.Final verdict: 4/5 A couple of small details takes this from being a perfect DVD! But it is still an awesome DVD and a must have for ANY wrestling fans!
