Square EnixPlay Arts Kai Cyborg Action Figure

I have the Cyborg figure under the Square Enix line of action products. The Cyborg figure was always an interesting character to me, because of his handicap to obtain independence with mankind. STILL MORE MAN THAN MACHINE! He has played a pivotal role under both Marvel and the Justice League banners. This figure is heavy, moreso than the Wonder Woman and Batman Square Enix figures; which I purchased recently. The design of Cyborg's armor and especially his interchangeable 'Arm-Cannons ' are awesome! The facial expression of Cyborg is on target, to include the paint application that is majority grey, silver and black. Eventhough, it has an another detachable face; which is more intense and screaming, I perfer the current normal and calmer one. The effect of these previous stated colors, supports the total image quality of this character. There is some difficulty in keeping him standing, but I have compensated that risk by using the stand that came with it. I had no problems in the movement, of this figure to get the right pose, as he stands beside the Wonder Woman figure, with Batman on her right-side. This trio combination is a just, for other collectors or the purchase of other characters ( Green Lantern, Flash, Aquaman.etc) would still do this justice! Most folks did have some problems in a Cyborgs arm-cannon falling off, but fortunately mine version worked well. The cost was reasonable and does not break the wallet. This figure is getting difficult to purchase, while supples last.

I really want to rate this figure as 4.5 stars but alas Amazon won't allow it. What "flaws" it does have are very minor and only worth mentioning in the slightest.The figure stands abut 12 inches tall, has some significant heft in your hand, and bears the standard pose-ability of the Play Art's line. There are extra pieces to show off various weapon's systems. He comes with the stand that you generally see in this toy line, so getting him to stand is not difficult at all. I would say the only real drawback is he does not stand too well without the stand.Sculpt wise I am much more of a fan of this rendition of Cyborg than I am of the other characters in this line. The rest of the Play Arts DC figures seem to miss the mark on looks and in doing so lose some of the characteristics that make the character who they are. Cyborg here does not suffer from such. This IS Victor Stone, and DC would do well to adopt this as the default design for the character.

The design concept is there, but does not work well pieced together. He is very wobbly despite of having a wide lower leg. The toes bending the way they did only made the it more unstable as it decreases the support on the weight. The joints couldn't stay in place which limits the poseability. They should have just been flat and solid. The gun is too heavy for the arm as well, and the one that I received had one of the pieces that pegs into the gun break, and the male end of the peg stuck into the hole. It's all unfortunate because the design had the right looks. But, he's still part if the league so he will have a spot in my collection no matter what.

I would have given this a 5 stars if the canon wouldn't be so loose... Beside that i love every details on this guy!

Love the details on this figure. Great quality, very well crafted, and gives an honest portrayal of Cyborg.

Excellent piece I was blown away by the amount of detail and massive size of this figure. Although pricey I would recommend to any collector.

Nice figure, hard to pose

Good detail and size however good luck getting him to stand on its own as it is very top heavy with feet that are not designed to support properly.

Another great product from the Square Enix Play Arts Kai Line. Highly detailed and looks awesome.

Good Play Arts Kai version of Cyborg, but the gun is a little flimsy.

Amazing figure! Fully detailed! Would look nicer if the silver was metallic.
