More about the photography than the recipes
If you're looking for groundbreaking recipes, you won't find it here. 75 restaurant chefs contributed recipes and I don't think the author was in any position to dictate what kind of recipes can be included. The result is a mishmash of dishes that do not follow a theme aside from "sweet"I bought this thinking I'd get new ideas about contemporary dessert recipes and beautiful plating but the recipes range from a simple biscotti from Babbo to a very elaborate sugar sculpture of a frog (?) from The Modern. Jacques Torres contributed a recipe for Chocolate-Covered Cornflakes! If that delicate dessert on the cover is your basis for judging what kind of recipes this book contains, you've got another think coming. Truly, a book should not be judged by its cover.

I expected much more of this book.but I find it unattractive. No colmo para nada mis espectativas.Muy buena fotografia, pero poco contenido.
