I placed these candles in my windows in December and now, in February, they still work flawlessly. I have had the battery operated ones and while they were nice and convenient, they just aren't as bright as these.These look great from a distance, I'm very pleased.

Because battery operated candles have such a short battery-life and are not as bright as electric candles, I ordered these for my home's windows. The candles are a nice weight and have a nice heavy electric cord. The light is a bright 7 watts. The timer function is perfect for energy-minded consumers. Plug the candle in at the time you want the 8 hours of light to begin. At such a good price and nice quality, I will be buying more of these candles for my other windows.

The clear white light is beautiful illumination in the window at night, giving a warm-welcoming street view to passersby. The candle is white white in color (which is what I wanted), but the weight is still very light (too light). Our house is 100 years old with outlets place in accordance with that time period, so you will need extension cords if you are in an old house. Despite the advertisement, the candles are light weight and you will have to find a safe way to "jerry-rig" them on the interior window sill of older houses. Order extra bulbs because they are hard to find in the stores ( Glass C26 120V 7W Bulb, 2 EXTRA REPLACEMENT BULBS). All of the candles arrived in working condition, After stating the pros & cons, I am going to buy additional sets, because to-date, this is the best electrical window candle set that I have seen for an affordable price and they beat the cost & constant monitoring of battery operated candles. I give the product 4 stars, P.S.: Prime free shipping took more than 72 hours so with the holidays coming supplies may be come limited and the deliveries are fair at best and will only get worse.

I wanted three candles, so this set works with an extra. I like the weight and the fact that I don't need to have a timer plugged in. They stand in my front windows solidly on their own, come on at dinner - off after the late light shows. I have recommended these to my friends and family and would buy more if I needed them. I may buy a set for my daughter as a gift. Very fairly priced for the quality.

I use these friendship lights in my windows year round. Love that they can be plugged in and forgotten. Come on @ the same time each day and remain on all night, then automatically shut off. Love them!

I love how bright these are at night

I love the look of the lights and the timer functionality, however we have had them less than a week, and I already had to replace one bulb and another candle stopped working completely (couldn’t be fixed with a new bulb). I am concerned that these will not last long, and they definitely weren’t cheap.
