too small size of bulb...and therefore bulb is very hard when water is filled in it and becomes hard to pump up...not creating enough pressure to pump the liquid inside your body... so pls buy a bulb that has joints on both ends...such bumbs are of bigger size and can be pumped easily.

Ends should be soft by using silicone.
