Lens Focus Calibration Tool Alignment Ruler with white balance card

This is a good piece of kit. It’s well made and does job it’s intended for really well. So, for that I have to give 5 stars, as that’s what the rating should reflect. That said, it’s a silly price for a piece of folding plastic with stickers on it. The saving grace is it’s not near as silly as the Spyder product which is £20 more for pretty much the same thing. Yes, I knew how much I was paying and what I was getting. But it still leaves the feeling of having your pants taken down. I can see their marketing guys sitting in a conference room (or on a Zoom call 😊 ). “Look, these punters have coughed up 2 or 3 grand on a high end camera and lens. We can easily screw them for £30 quid for this”. And guess what, they were right.

It is a very useful tool for your photography game. I missed the focus before a lot and I didn't know why. This tool helped me but is quite expensive from my point of view

This focus calibration tool is sturdy, well made and folds down flat for easy storage. I thought my lenses auto-focused reasonably accurately before trying putting them to the test, but found that most of them needed a lot of tweaking! It is really easy to calibrate them using this, taking me only 10 or so minutes per lens. I would highly recommend this tool for anyone who wants to ensure the photos they take stay consistently sharp, well worth the money!

This is great. People moaning that it's pricey but they spend thousands on lenses seems ridiculous when you can get them dialled in perfectly. Others say it's flimsy, it is a little bit, but it's solid when set up, it's not like you are swinging on it. Just as good as the more expensive version on amazon.

Well it does exactly what itvis meant to.. but it's well overpriced and is really flimsy .. not great quality falls apart a lot when putting up. It's annoying and expensive.. but again.. it does its job

After trying other cheaper solutions, it turned out this was the only proper choice that works. It doers the job but just seems expensive for what it is.

I've done the usual DIY charts and all sorts of origami models to make my own calibration targets, eventually throwing them away. I did consider the Datacolor for a while, but it's a fair bit more than this and looks the same'ish, so I took a punt on this one when I spotted it here. Honestly? I was expecting the worst, as in some flimsy copy that fell apart or wasn't straight. However what I got was a pleasant surprise. It has a tripod mount, spirit levels, grey card and folds flat with being pretty sturdy too. Not bad at all. Is it worth the money? Well it's an expensive piece of plastic, but so is most of what's in my bag! You'll have to justify the cost vs DIY alternatives and cardboard triangles. For me though it gets over my frustration with DIY, so yes it it worth it.

easy assembly, just one movement and thats it. comes with a grey card, that`s a bonus. solid quality, it will last really long. best purchase ever, worth every penny!!!

Ottimo per calibrazione degli obbiettivi su fotocamere che consentono l’ottimizzazione. Comodo , forse un po’ caro

Antes tenia uno de fabricación casera con la plantilla descargada de Internet y la verdad que no me quedaban al 100% finos los objetivos. Con este todo a cambiado, facil y muy preciso. Muy recomendable.

Vraiment satisfait du produit : Il ressemble très fortement au Datacolor mais à moitié prix et fait le même travail. Il est de bien meilleure qualité, nettement plus grand et plus pratique que les modèles en carton plié (qui restent néanmoins utilisables) .Une fois plié, ne tient pas plus de place qu'un bout de gros carton. Les deux niveaux s'avèrent assez précis malgré leur petite taille. Bref : je recommande.

You definitely pay for convenience. Most of what this product does can be achieved by a ruler and a piece of paper. But I knew this, I wanted convenience and for that this product is great.
