We have been using this silverware daily for 6 months. I am very pleased. This replaces an Oneida set that was 20 years old and still in great condition (but no longer a complete set). I anticipate this will last a long time as well. I think the pieces are weighted very nicely and feel nice in my hands. The weight is also balanced, so we don't have any silverware falling off our plates. The sizing of the silverware and matching serving pieces are appropriately sized. I have not felt that they were thin or had rough edges. I have seen people are having trouble with spoons bending when they try to serve hard ice cream. I don't think these were designed for that purpose. We have not noticed any bending with regular use. We wash them in the dishwasher and they look the same as when we received them.We are enjoying this set and would recommend it.

18-0 steel and pretty
We decided to go with 18-0 to get rid of residual metals from the filler metals. That was the first reason we got these. Second reason - they are pretty. Very well balanced. The butter knife came with a deep scratch, but I was able to find a replacement on Amazon. The manufacturer will NOT honor their guarantee when bought through a third party. Just be aware of that. Recommend.

Not what I was expecting
The silverware came as soon as expected. The picture is deceiving because there’s not much of a design on the spoons or forks. The soup spoon is barely larger than the teaspoon. They are thinner than the old Oneida. The knife is heavy. The serving pieces are nice. They’re OK for every day use. I was not overly impressed.

Never Spot in 20 Years - Knives Slightly Different
My original Flight set is 20 years old and have never had any rust spots on the utensils. We usually rinse them off after using but not always. I find them very comfortable to hold. One thing to note is that the knives in this set don't have quite as thick of a handle as the ones I got 20 years ago but that's not a problem for me and can get more in the utensil tray. I personally don't like the salad fork (wider fork) so we don't use that piece. These utensils will last a lifetime! Spend the money once instead of buying cheaper ones that get rust spots

Fantastic!
I spent quite a bit of money on the set I had at a major mall anchor store and have been in a hate relationship with them since then. They were horrible so I was hesitant to purchase another set. I got these for Christmas (2018) and these are fabulous! They don't get spots in the dishwasher or rust spots like my old set did. There are two sizes of forks and two sizes of spoons but I think the small forks are just a little too small, even for my (female) hands. They're elegant enough for special occasion and perfect for every day use. I wish I had purchased these the day after my old set, it would have saved me years of frustration!
