was excited the add said machine wash. But no ...
was excited the add said machine wash. But no the tag says hand wash, lay flat to dry, no bleach, no dry clean, no iron (it came folded up and I cant iron the folds out). the fabric is very thin you can put news paper under and almost read it (I tried and I can see photos and large print but cant quite make it out). I would say pass on this one and looking for something else.

Pretty darned nice linen table runners!
These lightweight linen table runners are exceptionally nice, especially considering the price.Because they’re made out of a lightweight linen, don’t expect a hearty, heavy, tablecloth-weight. The fabric is a very fine, plain-weave linen, a little bit “airy” but very pretty. It has a nice hand and feels good. The runner washes well, but keep in mind that it is LINEN (not polyester, not cotton, not a blend), and therefore it is likely to need ironing after laundering. If you want to eliminate serious ironing and you have a large enough countertop, I suggest hand washing (you can use a machine, but it will increase the wrinkles), and, when it’s still wet, lay it out directly on your clean countertop (works best on granite or marble or tile), smooth it out completely, pressing the wet linen onto the countertop, squaring it up and stretching it out slightly. Then just leave it there to dry. As it dries, it’ll stick to the countertop. You can peel it off when it’s dry, and it won’t need much - if any - ironing. If it still needs a little, just mist it with water and iron it with a hot, dry iron. It’ll look lovely. incidentally, you can do the same thing on a large glass mirror (like a bathroom mirror) - it works even better on glass! The hemming job is super precise, and the corners are very neatly mitered. Really impressed with the finish job on these! As long as the company maintains this standard of quality and this price range, you really can’t go wrong with these if you’re looking for an elegant, affordable, and attractive table linen.

Good quality, thin linen
The quality is exactly what I was looking for. Very nice. It’s very thin linen. It washed well and didn’t shrink in the dryer. It does have to be ironed. My only complaint is that the tag says to use an iron on low, but it’s linen. I had to use it on high with spray. I plan on ironing straight out of the washer next time.

Great quality!! I ordered a second one!!
Highly recommend!! I was so pleased with this table runner, that I bought a second one in navy!! The quality is very nice, actually for the price I was expecting much less. It is linen so I had to steam it and I’m sure after the first washing it will be all wrinkled again because it’s truly linen, but that’s what you expect when you want 100% linen. The stitching and sizing is very high quality as well.

Food Photography Approved
I run a food blog called The Frayed Apron where I frequently include textiles and napkins for a layered look. I need a medium gray tone napkin, and I like the color and quality of these. They have a really thin, worn-in look that I was going for. They came very creased, so I held one over a pot of boiling water and the steam released most of the creases. Highly recommend.

perfect!
Classy! Packaged simply and beautifully in slim cardboard box tied with burlap type twine. True navy color I was looking for, very versatile. Used it as runner on old oak kitchen table with wooden bowl of mini gourds as part of fall theme. Love the navy with the fall colors! Perfectly stitched, deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you!( Best to research linen before ordering if it's new to you: it's a naturally wrinkly fabric! I iron on high while damp, with a damp sheet between iron and linen.)

It’s okay
I like the color and I think it looks decent on my dining table. It’s quite a thin fabric. Two things I don’t like about it though:1. When you wash it, it gets so wrinkly turns out like those wrinkly scarf! Too much effort ironing it.2. It was sewed uneven. When I lay it on the dining table, I’ve noticed it goes narrow in the other side and when I measure each end, they’re not the same size.

Really good quality, attractive giftable packaging
I was waiting for 100% linen napkins from this seller to match the Athena 60x90 tablecloth already purchased. You can't beat 100% linen for a great feel and appearance. The napkins arrived on time, and attractively packaged, which would be very nice for gift-giving.The napkins were a 100% match to the previously purchased charcoal grey tablecloth, as hoped. They are really good quality medium-weight linen with corners that are very nicely mitred. I certainly don't mind ironing them to get the classy, great feel of linen on the table. Plan on ironing them for best appearance.I recommend this seller's product, and will buy more tablecloths/napkins without hesitation if they become available in additional colors. I am hoping to see a light olive green and/or medium gray blue 100% linen 60x90 tablecloth and napkins become available.Hope this review helps purchasers who are looking for quality, and are willing to to do the ironing required for a smooth, classy table presentation with high quality linen.

Not as shown
For starters the runner that I received was only small, not as advertised. Fabric is pretty cheap, but I wouldn’t mind it for what I needed it for had it been the correct size..
