While this is expensive it was recommended to me by a dermatologist and I don't think I could use anything else. My skin feels wonderful. My tinted sunscreen just glides on. I will always use this. Good for after a laser procedure and then for everyday use.

Love this stuff, it makes my skin so soft it’s best to use after some type of treatment, like a peel etc.. because it really helps the skin to repair itself

SoI give this a 4.5 star. Been on this since jan, before and after my NeogenPSR and and PRP microneedling switching 3 neogens Psr 1 and 4 prp microneddling. My Dr. Switching up and I Luv how it doesnt burn but is it working? Not sure and its costlyBut most medical grades worth it are. I am going to switch and try Osmosis Md stemcell one since its 100 cheaper w discount on skinbeautyrx. I found from Elle Leary. This is my 3rd box and I only like nectar cuz texture. I have a lot of the complex left and when i run out, gonna try just osmosis md line. I have stem.., rescue and bought all the 4 mists offerd even medical grade. We’ll see..... i but the box at 245$ w tax $265, since Necatr alone is 197 be4 tax. Osmosis stem is 130$ but i got 25% off so, this is suppose to be better with an added ingredient.

My dermatologist recommended that I use this skin care product following my laser treatments. I’m certain that it contributed to my skin being so smooth and having less wrinkles following the treatments. Even though it’s expensive it’s worth every penny. I highly recommend this product for every day use. I will never use any other skin care product!

At 65, I have a lot of skin products, however, my esthetician recommended that I try this before and after micro-needling.I just gave all of my wads of skin care products to a women's' shelter. This is what I will use from now on.Pricey? yes...worth it, YES!
