Good Morning, This product is made in Canada by Alcon (https://www.alcon.ca/en). The packaging is Canadian, otherwise same product.

I see no plastic wrapper around the cap or seal over the end of the tube to show the product hasn't been tampered with. Did anyone else see one?

I've used this for years and never had to remove a plastic wrapper, but the tube should have a protective foil seal under the cap, and you would surely notice if that had been tampered with.

What’s the expiration date?

It's in the crimp at the bottom of the tube. The expiration date differs depending on when it was purchased

Why does this box state, Canadian? Is there a difference?

I never noticed that before but I use this every night in My eyes and I can only find it here on amazon
