I will admit to totally misreading the label on these and thinking they were supposed to be cheese-flavored, so I was surprised when they weren't.That being said, these are definitely good crackers to have *with* cheese. They're firm enough to work with slices of harder cheese, and they are also firm enough for cheese spreads. (A few may arrive broken but when mine broke before opening, the pieces were large enough to still use. And these were mostly intact.)Although they were firm, they were not too hard and they did not taste stale. Sodium was a little high (at 260 mg per serving), especially for something you're serving with cheese (which is, in itself, salty). These are fairly low in protein, fiber, and sugar (they're mostly starch, since they're not whole grain). You can see the full ingredients list and nutrition facts panel on the product page (just zoom in on the image of the back of the container).I like that these are free of preservatives. They're vegetarian and kosher (dairy) but not vegan. They do contain wheat, as well.Overall, if you are looking for a nice, basic cracker that has a little more substance to it than the typical supermarket brands, this is a good choice.

Great crackers really crisp

I love these crackers and purchased two. They were packaged in an envelope instead of a box. One pack arrived smashed up while the other was ok. They aren’t cheap so can you please package them properly?
