This is perfect as my new office chair
I really like this ball. It was a bit hard to shove the ball in the cover, and I am a bit concerned if I will be able to find the hole when I need to inflate it. BUT, I have been sitting on it for the past 3 hours and LOVE it. It is comfortable, stable, and FUN, and there is no need for a base. (There are little rubber grippies on the bottom so it doesn't slip out from under me.) The cover is a bit itchy but I would rather that than the plastic feel. I would DEFINITELY recommend this for anyone wanting to replace an office chair. And I am excited to use it for some exercises when I need to take a break.

A great alternative to the average office chair.
I bought this to use at my desk at work. My knee is injured and when I use a normal chair it stays in the same position too long and gets stiff and painful. I decided to try a high-quality ball chair as an alternative and chose the Vivora Luno because it was attractive and rated highly.I've been very happy with this item. It's comfortable, it keeps my knee and the rest of of my body in enough motion to keep me from getting stiff, and it's got an attractive cover and has received plenty of positive comments from my office-mates. The dark grey felt cover is very durable and looks classy, so it doesn't come across as a toy or a cheap exercise ball. The only (minor) issue has been that the zipper will not remain closed with the ball fully inflated when I sit on it. This is no big deal and hasn't impacted the ball's performance in any way.The pump included with the ball was not something I was able to use to inflate the ball to full firmness, but I'm not lowering my rating because this may be as much about me not having the inflation technique down for this style of pump. I ended up using a foot-pump and that did fine. I pump in some more air to firm it back up once every 2 weeks or so.

Sturdy rubber ball and felt cover
My grandsons have loved playing with rubber balls we've owned before that had a handle to allow them to ride the ball like a cowboy on a horse. Recently, our older grandson also wanted a ball to sit on at his desk in place of a chair. This ball and cover works for both purposes, plus looks dressy enough to fit in an office environment. The one big challenge is getting the rubber ball inside the fabric cover and properly inflated. The ball comes with a plastic inflation pump similar to ones we've previously used to blow up balloons for balloon animals. Although the instructions say not to use an electrical pump to inflate, I'm unwilling to spend the stated 10-20 minutes pumping by hand, so used our good quality electric bike pump. That handled the task well in under 5 minutes. The one obvious fail in the design is that the fill point on the ball has to be centered below the top of the cover opening zipper, which is difficult to arrange because the zipper is not exactly at either the top or bottom of the ball. That made it a bit inconvenient during the early parts of the fill, making sure the fill opening remained right below the top of the zipper opening.Once the ball was fully inflated and its stopper inserted, zipping the cover entirely closed was easy. We'll see later how often the ball has to be refilled.Overall, a good choice for a fabric-covered ball chair with a handle.

Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered the Max size sitting ball based on my desk being set at a height of 30.5. After I pumped it up I realized it was too large for me to sit on correctly (5'6). I emailed the company to see if they'd accept a return and they got back to me same day and offered to let me keep it and even shipped out the smaller size at no cost. They were super quick and friendly and immediately addressed my concern.I've had the ball now for about a month and still love it. I overpumped it a little bit but it seems to have lost a tiny amount of air and is now the perfect amount of squishy and doesn't seem to be continuing to deflate. The fabric is a nice quality and the color matches my office which makes it more professional looking. I would and have recommended it to my coworkers, it does an excellent job of getting you to think about posture and movement throughout the day.

Fantastic product!
I ordered a marble colored ball chair in the bigger size. It is high quality all the way around and the fabric is very durable. The chair is comfortable, fun and it looks great with my office decor. I get a lot of curious people who ask me to try it out and everyone who has loves my ball chair. I am buying three more chairs today in the standard size for my kids and me to use with our home desks. It is a worthwhile investment because of how the chair helps with fatigue and back pain. Usually, I cannot sit for very long due to back surgeries but with this chair, my pain level is much lower and I can sit for a long time. One thing to consider when ordering the larger size ball is if your desk isn't super tall, probably go with the standard size. Regardless, this is a fantastic product!

Ball shipped is too small for cover - unable to contact seller
The ball is fully inflated and will not inflate any further, however, the cover does not fit.

Quite a sturdy thing
Have had this one for quite a few weeks. Tried it at the office where we all share a computer for various tasks, co-workers didn't like it but they like to linger and this kept them from hanging out at the computer for too long. Brought it home, works great for my home office, I do sit up straight and tend to get up more often to do things (this is good). Down side is I can't just throw something on my chair like I used to. I like that it has a handle so I can place it well and then sit. I ordered the large one as I'm 5'10", inseam 35" and I wanted ease of getting up and down easily without strain. This is perfect for me.

Good active seating
I’ve used this everyday since purchasing, which feels like ages ago. For real it’s been at least a year and I love this seat. Good quality material that’s durable.

Cover is great. Slow leak?
The cover is exactly what I wanted. Something that would protect the ball from getting punctures. I have one unresolved issue. I pump it up to full size. In a day or two it goes down in size and I have to pump it up again. This has happened twice. Maybe it is the ball just expanding and it will settle down. In the mean time I put a dog bed under the ball chair. That gives me the extra height needed and extra protection in case it does burst. Again, the cover is great!

Worth the investment
Easy to inflate, looks great and I’ve already started to notice an improvement in my back.I was worried about the ball rolling about my workplace but the cover does a really good job of keeping it stable.
