butter LONDON Glazen Eye Gloss, Bronzed

I'm in love with this product and bought it in multiple colors for myself and as a gift to several friends. The best thing about it is that it lasts all day, glimmering just as brightly at 10pm as it did at 7am when I put it on. It's super easy to put on and layer for the perfect amount of shimmer, so it can easily be worn at work as a normal, shimmery shadow and then you can pump up the volume and make your eyes pop for a night out.

These are way cool eyeshadows! The consistency is so different than anything I have ever tried and I am a self confessed makeup junkie.I love this neutral color and it has a nice shimmer to it .Not too glittery . I am going to order a second color.I have purchased other Butter London products in the past (i.e.: nail and lip products) and have always been pleased with the quality.The nail polishes are great !

I’m pretty tolerant of accepting what is in cosmetics, but this reminds me of the made in China (I don’t mind China made things) blankets I returned once for their seriously “Toxic” smell that never left.The odor of this product literally took my breath away and made my stomach react. I don’t know what is in this product but it cannot be good. I put some of the eye shadow on the back of my hand. Still smelled awful.I cannot imagine putting this near one’s eyes. Not even for holloween or fun theatre play.

I am surprisingly, though i perhaps shouldn't be, impressed by how good this glitter gel to dry formula is.the color pay off for a single layer is excellent, but it's also build-able unlike many liquid to dry formulas. formula is very forgiving to work with, you can pat at it and pat at it to move it around and it doesn't peel itself off. many liquid shadows only give you a few seconds to work with until you'll start messing them up and they'll start peeling up if you try to adjust the thickness of the deposited liquid. a nice advancement in liquid glitter gels overall, and liquid eye shadows as a whole.my biggest complaint is simply that even having it placed over a Rituel de Fille Inner Glow Crème Pigment (who's first two ingredients are Simmondsia Chinesis (Jojoba) Seed Oil and Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil), it was still uncomfortably drying to my skin. every time i blink i can feel it pulling where the skin is tight and overly dry now.

Glory glory, where has this magical substance been all my life? Beautiful chocolate brown base, flips irridescent to peacock blue, burgundy, and peridot. Absolutely stunning, and so fun to apply! I use my finger to lightly tap it on and build to my desired intensity. The texture is...jello-y? It feels very cool going on, and dries to a velvety finish. Delightful.

I’ve been on the hunt for decades to match a color of Avon eyeshadow and this color is a pretty darn good match. In “moonshine”. I never tried this brand and the consistency is as others have said, mousse-like, kind of strange but not a dealbreaker. I like a shimmer cream shadow, not one that is too sparkly. This one falls somewhere in between; so it’s not a total loss but I would prefer less sparkle and more shimmer. The color is good. I don’t really want to try another color in this brand bc of the sparkle factor. I prefer the Revlon cream shadow in little pots and they come with an attached brush inside the lid. I have several colors in that brand and the texture is great and shimmery. I just couldn’t find the taupe/silver shade I wanted in that brand. The hunt continues.

I bought this after seeing it reviewed by Allure. The color is a maroon-rusty brown with light blue duochrome. It applies fairly light and you can build the color. Its a very versatile shade and Ive been able to use it subtly as well as as a statement shade. I like it, I bought it marked down but I dont think its something I wouldve spent more than $12 on

This eye gloss has a gelee consistency that is easy to tap onto the eyelids and build intensity. And once it dries it stays put and doesn't crease. The colors in Oil Slick make it stand out: super pretty teal and plum. It's earned a solid spot in the rotation as my favorite eye makeup for a night out. :)
