EBC Brakes FA417/4HH Disc Brake Pad Set

Ordered one day and received brake pads the very next day! Installed them on my 2012 ZX14R with no issues.

The product arrived quickly, and I was able to get the brake pads installed and my bike on the road.

Great stopping power! Just bed them right and can probably stop the moons orbit.

I had the front rotors on my Kawasaki C14 replaced under warranty, and swapped on a set of the EBC HH compound pads. I'd seen positive reviews for them on a variety of forums, and I wanted to try them out. On the plus side:About 5-7% more "bite" than the stock pads given the same lever pressure.Better wet-weather performance.Less warm up timeNegatives:Short pad life (about 6-7000 miles)Sometimes squeal when cold...not all the time, but when they do, they really howl That's about it. These are my second set, so obviously I like them. 1 or 2 finger brakes, all the time. I flushed the front brake fluid when I did the pads; that really helped too.edit: On my third set. I must like them.

I have used these pads on my 2008 Concours 1400 (112,500 miles) and have had zero problems. They usually last 30 thousand miles or so. Sometimes they squeal a little when cold, but they stop with minimal pressure on the brake lever wet or dry, hot or cold. I put a set of discount pads on that were half the price. After 8,900 miles, 4 of the pads had the friction material separate from the backing plates causing a total loss of front brakes. My Bad!REMEMBER - 1 SET IS NEEDED PER CALIPER, IE: YOU NEED TO ORDER 2 PAD SETS FOR THE FRONT. My bad again. I only ordered one set of pads. I had to order another set for the other front caliper. Over stock pads and other brand i purchased before, these pads are what made the difference for brake control for a sport bike like my 08 ZX6R. I feel confident on my braking since the distance has gotten shorter. No more do i worry about squeezing the front handle thinking if I'll stop within a safe distance. *** Be Warned *** these pads don't bite when first cold, after a few squeeze on the handle to warm up the rotor and pad, they WILL grab HARD. So your brake technique will need to adapt to these pads. I really can't speak of lifespan on these pads since my riding habits are only for leisure. But i can say this, if your in the market for performance pads to replace stock ones, these pads are well worth it.

Great upgrade from stock organic brake pads. I noticed a difference right away and it is an inexpensive way to improve your ride.

So the Amazon site said these fit my FJR 1300, unfortunately they do not. I contacted Moto Heaven, and Jim at customer service, was excellent. He told me the correct fit and is going to take care of me. My recommendation, call the guys at Moto Heaven first to confirm fit! They have great customer service, that is why I gave them a 5. I will buy from Moto Heaven for parts that I need!
