Excellent Health Product
I have read several negative reviews about this product but since I have taken this for several years, I felt compelled to comment. When you take one cup of the pine flakes and mix it with Almond milk, the taste and flavor are extraordinary. I also add dried Cranberries, Pine nuts and Chia Seeds. Then I add more Almond milk to cover all of the ingredients by at least one inch and I refrigerate it for at least two hours. I cover the bowl with plastic wrap so it doesn't absorb any odors from the other refrigerated foods.Yea, it is a little preparation work but that is the price of health..........

Flakes not whole Pine Nuts
Note to self: READ the description more carefully. I wanted whole Pine Nuts, not Flakes....

Tasty | Excellent for Parrots Too
Excellent product, neatly packaged and quality is first rate. Besides me, my parrots are also a fan. Makes a great addition to the nut/seed portion of their diet.Because they come from a region with soils that are not yet depleted nutritionally, they carry more nutrition than the ones that are just fertilized to grow big. These are flakes, not the whole nuts. But still fantastic. If you also have a bird feeder, these make a fantastic addition to an outdoor bird's DIY quality food. The company has one of the most friendly and best customer service and for that they have earned my lifetime subscription.

Delicious pine nut flavor
I’ve enjoyed these for years, as a snack, topping, additive for confections and pesto. Very expensive now, like most all foods, but less than expensive than whole pine nuts. That is because the nuts are pressed for oil, which is higher value than the residue. Considering the labor involved in gathering nuts, well I’d rather pay the Siberians to do it.

Good, but...
The quality seems good, and I love their very piney taste and the lower cost of the flakes vs whole pignoli, but... disappointed to receive them today, and see that their Best By date is just over two weeks from now. These are a delicacy that I'd hope to use over the next year.
