I wanted a light, cool, arm guard. This fills the bill. I live in an arid state so the less I wear the better I feel.

USELESS ITEM! Don't waste your money and time.
I am very disappointed with this item. I bought it for my 14 year old daughter. I am not sure if it would be big enough for a 4 year old. It is useless to us. The seller has agreed to accept a return but we have to pay the postage. Complete waste of my time and money. I absolutely do NOT recommend this product.

The product description says it's 9 x 3 x 1 inches, that is the package size. correct item size is approx 6.5" x 1.5" wide end 1" narrow end.
