I am happy with the quality of item, it's convenientIt's readings are accurate .readings are fast and instantaneous compared to conventional thermometers, moreover, I prefer this product over IR contactless thermometers which are inaccurate.As mentioned in the manual different parts of the body can have different temperatures so forehead and in-ear measuring of temperature may vary.

Price with features are good

Useless. It is very inaccurate. Cannot be trusted when taking temperature of babies. Save your money. I don't recommend buying this thermometer. By this thermometer, I mean any other infrared ear or forehead thermometer. These are very inaccurate devices. Stick to simple digital thermometer. I have consulted with paediatrician regarding this and he told me that mercury thermometers are most accurate(but are dangerous to use for babies). Next best option is simple digital thermometer.

Forehead temperature is inconsistent. Getting anywhere between 97.4 to 98.5. Ear temperature seems ok but not accurate. If not kept outside the box the readings go low.

Brand is one thing. In medical devices, beyond branding stands a product in terms of UI, sturdiness and accuracy. The product ticks off most the right boxes. Recommended.

It's quite comfortable in the hand. Accuracy is good. I bought it especially for my in-laws so that it will be easy for them to check temperature. It's working great. My father in law likes it. Very fast forehead temperature reading in 1sec. Would definitely recommend this product.
