So... Make sure you use these buffs in the proper order or you'll destroy the red ones trying to get the job done. After using the blue medium buffs to remove the casting flaws in my Harley heads and intake , I used the red ones to put the nicest brushed aluminum finish in them. These are durable and don't clog up. The buffs are the correct abrasive to finish the surface that's best for atomizing the incoming fuel. Don't forget to buy the appropriate arbor for the 8/32 thread pitch. Doing your own heads isn't magic... it's the appropriate tools for the application.
