Very vibrant colors
Very vibrant colors! I used this set to ice Olympic torch cupcakes, and it made the most vibrant orange and yellow swirl. I love the colors and the pigmentation is strong. Plus, gel colors don't mess with the liquid content or taste of your baking. I recommend!

For pastel colors only
They don't make dark colored icing such as red. Dark pink at best.
