Many facts I did not know!

A great script, direction and performances by a very talented group make this a highly informative film. It shows the full spectrum of events that accompanied the breaking of the color barrier in baseball.One of the limited number of places to see Chadwick Boseman at his best.

DVD arrived on time; I have used it to show my students in US History classes. Would highly recommend!

Great seller was as advertised extremely satisfied

I am a woman and knew the bare minimum about Jackie Robinson. This movie is wonderful in telling his story as well as Branch Rickey who hired him. I am so glad I now know about his extraordinary life and times. Chadwick Boseman was wonderful, RIP.

Case was broken.

I assume this was a new dvd (l hope so anyway). I would never, knowingly, order something used. Something was loose and rattling inside disc before l opened. The middle piece that holds the disc was broken and that piece along with the disc was rolling back and forth inside case before l opened it. Didn't want to thru hassle of returning.

I had this DVD years ago before Chadwick Boseman was so well known, and gave it away. So, this was a replacement and I enjoyed watching it again last nite.
