Has anyone tried changing to a quick connect type valve inflator vs the screw on?

It is a quick connect, it does not crew on

It depends on how low the tire is, it could take 30 sec to 5 min. I was able to add 5 lbs of air in my motorcycle tire in 30 sec.

Does this include a BMW accessory port plug?

Will this work for tires on full-size cars and trucks?

I would think it would work fine, although possibly slowly.
