Aa usual good product with best price range

It hasn't been long since I have started producing videos on my Sony camera. Before our upcoming trip to North Bengal I knew I had to buy additional batteries to have an uninterrupted shooting experience in low temperature. And, boy did this battery prove to be one of the best purchases I did before the trip. I just reduced one star because I feel this is a tad bit expensive. Nonetheless, you HAVE TO buy additional power before planning for every travel video.

Completely useless battery. It's worse than third party ones that are half the price. The battery drains at the rate of 3% every minute, even if you are not recording anything and just fiddling with the menu. So a completely charged battery will give you around 30 mins of recording time. Better to buy a third party one for Rs 1,200 rather than Rs 2,700 on this. At least the former will give you around 1 hour of recording time. The only upside was that it slides out of the camera quite easily, unlike other 3rd party ones that get stuck and you have to use a sharp object to prise it out.

I would like to specifically thank Amazon and Supplier for their support as initially I got delivered Defective Battery but the return support is very good and supplier is very helpful immediately supporting with replacement. Great Customer support.

Always best to have a spare battery for the camera when travelling. Arrived perfectly and on time.

Battery lasts in accordance with expectation and camera specs. Original brand product price is higher than the replacement, but given the cost of camera it is irrelevant.
