Makes the best of something proteinaceous & chewy
Turns the cheapest of steaks into decently textured cuts and makes chewing less tiresome.Want to eat anything protein-based but want it partially digested into its constituent amino acids? This is for you also. No idea what it does to tofu, but I imagine it's not pretty. Ditto cheese - but more people should experiment in life.
