Dirndl Trachten Haus 3-Piece Long Green German Embroidered Oktoberfest Dress

I wasn't sure if it was going to fit me, I'm normally a 14/16 sometimes 18 for dresses so I ordered the size 20 and it fit great! I loved how easy it went on. REALLY and I mean, REALLY well made!!! No stray strings, no weirdly stitched pattern, no funky smell, just a really well made dress. I did order a different shirt for underneath. Nothing wrong with the original. The apron is well made too. Easy to tie, the cutouts are cute, no loose strings, no funky smell. The color of this dress is lovely, such a nice green color. Overall a wonderfully made dress. It is wrinkled when it comes out of the package but that's to be expected. I hung it in the bathroom and let hot steam loosen the fabric. I also followed the washing instructions and it does wash up nicely. Add a petticoat underneath for added poof.

If you are looking for an authentic dirndl, look no further. Absolutely worth every penny. It fits like a dream and has great quality fabric. I used the size chart, which I highly recommend because it was a great tool and it worked spot on. I am 5'2'' and 160lbs and I bought a size 12. It fits perfectly and I cannot wait to wear it at Oktoberfest or literally any event. I would wear this is public anytime. It's pretty with AND without the apron. The dress is very nice. I ordered one size bigger than normal because based on the waist I needed the larger size. It was a little big in the waist but comfortable. The bust required three socks to fill it out. I am 5’8” and weigh 142 and got a 14. A 12 might have fit better. I didn’t have time to return it. I am a 38d but not even close to filling it out.

I purchased the gorgeous green dirndl with embroidered flowers to wear in Munich this Oktoberfest. It's absolutely stunning! It fits me true to size, the fabric is sturdy, the zippers are firm. It is definitely not of the lower quality of costume dirndls that I have worn for fun here in the states! It's certainly of a much higher quality!

I have been trying to get one of these to fit. Love the dress, but I’m about to order my third one, and have returned the other two already. I am a size 14, but ordered a 18 because the reviews said it ran small. It was way too small. So next I ordered a 22 since the 18 was so small. They sent a dress that was tagged 52 and was way too big. Going to try a 20 this time. If it doesn’t work, I’m going to give up. The dress is so cute and the material is great. Just beware of the sizing.

We loved this 3-piece set. It was, indeed, the quality I was looking for. Unfortunately, I ordered a size too small and must reorder in a larger size.

Overall this dress is well made and I received numerous compliments. It was worn for 8 community theater performances as Mrs. Gloop (Willy Wonka). It is three pieces - blouse, dress, apron. I washed the blouse and apron in unsuccessful attempt to remove wrinkles. After the second show I realized the green from the dress stained the underarms of blouse. I was able to hide it - washing did not help. I have not yet washed the dress. The dress zipper seems sturdy. I did get a slight rip in seam under arm of dress. Maybe a bit overpriced but worked well for my purpose.
