Nice tasting tea. I've been using this for about a year now. I'm on mounjaro and I get constipated. This tea is the best product for getting bowels moving I have found. I suppose in that respect I see how it could be a slimming aid. It's basically senna in a tea form. Allow 20 mins to soak the teabag before drinking.
