2-Year Accident Protection for Fire TV Recast (2018 release)

It worked for exactly two years. Doesn't always record as setup and they don't take it in to help pay for another. Expensive to only last two years!??

On phone for over 1 hour- Square Trade Web site says to call Amazon- Amazon says to call Square Trade, Square Trade Chat says it has to be handled by Amazon, Amzazon has to contact Square Trade, Back and forth for over an hour and a half- and still not handled correctly. Beware Square Trade says because the warranty was purchased thru Amazon only Amazon can handle it. Still on Hold with Amazon. What a waste of my time. Not the type of service I expect from a warranty provider- especially one owned by a Public Company

Whenever I have purchased and electronic item, I buy a warranty from SquareTrade, It is foolish not to...Stuff happens and especially when its today's electronics, and SquareTrade has always taken care of me.This was for the FireCast, a brand new product from Amazon. Not that I expect it will break, but the peace of mind knowing it will be replaced if it does, is worth every penny

Prefer Square Trade over other protection plans as they are easier to use, and typically handle business without any issues.

How will you be able to rate this until the item needs to be fixed or replaced.I will now since I have grandkids who made a distracting scratch.
