I thought ide give it a few months before I gave my verdict on this bendy mixer,delivered fast, well presented when I unwrapped the box, easy instructions, I fitted myself, didn’t take long, I was lucky enough to use my existing hoses , the ones you get supplied were not right fitting, that was the only fault, cheap enough to buy,..The tap itself is fab, I’m glad I chose this one as it not only looks smart it does what you want it to, bends high and low and the twist setting for spray action is great or have it normal, definitely worth the money, cheers..

Was not expecting much due to the low price.Happy with this tap so far after using it for the past week or so.Installation was straight forward and feels like a good quality tap.Most importantly, it mixes the hot and cold water nicely making it easy to find the right temperature.Nice flexibility as well and easily change the spray setting.Time will tell but so far would recommend.The old tap was supposed to be a mixer tap and would never mix- ie.. the water was either scolding hot or ice cold and no in between AND it was over twice the price of this one!!Time will tell but so far I would definately recommend this Tap.SO...now its almost Apr 2022 (Glory to Ukraine by the way) and this Tap is still working 100%Love it, works lovelyNow, Nov. Took an hour to remove my old tap which was rusted solid underneath, and about 10 minutes to fit the new one. The flexible tails are long for my situation, but I will be adjusting the pipework to suit when replacing the zone valves which were very stiff to use when fitting the tap. Good looking tap, flexible spout very useful, the one disappointment I had was that, as with another reviewer, I believed from the information given on the website when I ordered, that I was buying the version with the 'pull out' spout. Fitting the tap had been put off for a while, due to illness, so the tap was left in the box and it was too late to go back to the supplier to query it. Having looked into this further, it seems the 'pull out' version is more expensive. They need to make this clear on the website. Think at the time I read something about the tap 'not marking', which I thought was a bit strange, perhaps I misconstrued the statement, because in my hard water area, the tap is having to be continually polished to remove water marks, same as every other water appliance in the house, no fault of the tap though.Have to add to this review because three weeks after fitting, the hot flow had dwindled to nothing and there was a 'delay' in the cold mains fed flow coming through. I contacted the seller who immediately responded, requesting pictures and my order number to advise me. Within two days though my cold feed became non existent, and being the only source of drinking water in the house I had no choice but to go and buy another tap. On checking, I found the flexible spout was completely blockedContacted the seller and again got an immediate response advising me that they would credit my Amazon account with the cost of the tap, they didn't even ask for the tap to be returned to check it. Brilliant service from them - I was unlucky with a faulty tap but their customer service was absolutely excellent!!!

I got this is replace an old tap that broke. I must say im very impressed with its versatility and ease of use. I will but again anytime im in need of a tap

I bought this tap in the hope that my water pressure would be better and guess what it is.This tap is great and would highly recommend to anyone.It was fairly easy to fit had to buy an extension for one of the pipes as they were shorter than the others, the tap is heavy and looks great. Overall this a well made sturdy product for the price.

I’m not a plumber, I’m a single lady who was let down by a plumber, who charged me £40 to tell me my leaky, corroded tap just needed cleaning.So I bought this one and did it myself.I flooded the kitchen twice, but that was my error not the tap’s.I had to remove my sink to get the the taps, installing the tap itself was the easiest bit.It works well and is a lovely addition to my kitchen.I hope it manages well with the limescale.It arrived very quickly so I was only without a tap for a couple of days.I highly recommend for those of you who are not plumbers 😁

Really liked the design and functioning of the tap, until 18 months after it was installed one of the levers started to slowly move further backwards every time we turned the tap off. Eventually the lever was horizontal, pressing against the tiles at the back of the sink, We got a plumber in who told us nothing could be done as the inner plastic socket in the lever was n ot engaging properly with the knurled knob that operated the on/off part of the tap. The tap will have to be replaced after 2 years of use which is a short life for a kitchen tap, would recommend that you do not buy this tap.

Wonderful tap and even better customer service. They sent us spare part completely free 5y after original purchase. Wow!
