This listing is completely misleading. The pictures showed the lock attached to an iPad, and the stand in white. I ordered two and was shipped the locks only with no stands. I requested replacements and once again, received locks only, no stands. I requested a refund and ordered directly from Maclocks .

This was a confusing listing. The pictures showed the lock attached to an iPad, and the stand in black. There was an alternative of ordering in white that was $15 cheaper, and the description sounded like it included the stand in white. I was unconcerned about color so ordered the white one. I was shipped the lock only with no stand. I returned the locks and ordered directly from Maclocks .

It arrived 2 weeks late. It did not come with any instructions. The metal plate only secures to the ipad with double sided sticky tape which easily pulls off. The plate does not secure to the cable rendering the whole thing nonfunctional. This is a scam.

I ordered Maclocks CL12UTHWB Universal Security Tablet Holder With Security Cable Lock and Plate (White).But I only received security lock and plate without the holder. Also most important I need while color but the cable is black/grey.

The pictures indicate that the stand is included, which is not the case. Actually one of the images doesn't show the lock at all. I know that the text doesn't mention the stand directly, but at this price, I was convinced, that the stand was in fact included.

I bought this lock to secure a Surface pro. I've used Kensington barrel coded locks prior to this but the Sureface pro doesn't have a locking slot. The Matlock locking head can be fixed very securely indeed and is good quality. The locking cable that's supplied is average in quality and I found that the key mechanism is loose fitting. A barrel coded lock would be better in combination with the locking head.

Where is the adhesive plate? These are completely useless!!!!
